About the event
A day filled with wellness classes specifically for those living with Parkinson's Disease and their caregivers/spouses. Come try wellness classes, meet new people and connect with community! Lunch includes Deli Sandwiches and Chips.
Classes include Boxing, Tai-Chi, Dance, Pilates, Urban Poling, Support Group and Greet, and More!
